Ali Eaton is an Estate Planning Legal Assistant at Carolina Family Estate Planning, where she brings compassion, curiosity, and a steady sense of determination to her work. With a background in psychology and a passion for helping others through life’s unexpected turns, Ali plays a key role in keeping our estate planning process organized, thoughtful, and on track.
Born in San Dimas, California, and raised across the West and Midwest—including time in Oregon, Missouri, and Georgia—Ali eventually found her way to North Carolina, where she now calls home. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Chemistry from Armstrong State University in Savannah and is currently completing her Paralegal Certification.
Ali’s path to estate planning hasn’t been traditional—she’s worked as a waitress, lab assistant, and behavioral therapist. Each role taught her the value of adaptability and the importance of treating people with empathy. She was drawn to estate planning because she knows firsthand how quickly life can change, and she finds meaning in helping others prepare for whatever the future might bring. She believes the key to professional success is a willingness to learn and the ability to thrive as part of a team—qualities she brings to every task she tackles.
Outside the office, Ali is an avid crafter who enjoys cross-stitching, knitting, and crocheting, and when she’s not planning her next craft project, she’s all in for the playful chaos of a Monopoly game night with friends and family. She also enjoys playing video games and unwinding with some of her favorite shows—like Doctor Who, Haunting of Hill House, Brooklyn 99, and Modern Family—along with movie favorites like Harry Potter and Star Wars.
