Alison Nontsikelelo Chepani is one of the friendly voices you'll hear first at Carolina Family Estate Planning as a Client Welcome Specialist. Her main goal is to make sure your first interaction with our firm is professional, reassuring, and well-organized. She values clear communication, smooth coordination, and making sure every interaction feels thoughtful and efficient.
Born in Pretoria, South Africa, and raised in Johannesburg, Alison completed her Higher Certificate in Law at the University of South Africa (UNISA). Her career has always been focused on giving clients a great experience and keeping operations seamless. Alison really shines in roles that require both empathy and structure, making sure that processes run seamlessly behind the scenes.
A significant inspiration for Alison is her mother, who, after becoming a widow, raised the family with remarkable resilience, patience, and strength. These same qualities greatly influence how Alison approaches her work and her life.
Outside of work, Alison enjoys reading and baking, both of which allow her to relax and express her creativity. She is also a self-taught hair braider and nail technician, a reflection of her resourcefulness and artistic side. While she might come across as a little quiet at first, once she's comfortable, she opens up easily, bringing a warm and calm vibe to everyone around her.
Alison combines professionalism, kindness, and steady focus to ensure every client’s journey at CFEP starts positively.
