Allison O’Shea is a Client Relationship Manager at Carolina Family Estate Planning. Her career has been dedicated to educating and empowering others to age with confidence and dignity, making her a natural fit for CFEP’s mission of guiding families through life’s most important decisions.
Before joining CFEP, Allison spent two decades as an executive in the senior living industry, where she witnessed firsthand how difficult it can be for families who aren’t fully prepared for the later stages of life. That experience deepened her commitment to helping others age with purpose, making informed choices that allow them to live fully and with peace of mind.
Allison moved from Ohio to North Carolina to attend Belmont Abbey College, where she met her husband of 18 years. They’ve since settled in Durham with their two children, Jack and Emily, and their rescue dog, Aspen.
In her free time, Allison enjoys walking Aspen, hosting family and friends, playing competitive league tennis, and being the ultimate fan for her two athletes.
Tenacious, positive, and outgoing, Allison brings warmth, energy, and deep expertise to every interaction, helping families feel informed, supported, and ready for what comes next.
