Arlene M. Hubbard is an Estate and Trust Administration Paralegal at Carolina Family Estate Planning, bringing nearly three decades of experience to some of the most complex and sensitive work the firm handles. She is known for her precision, reliability, and ability to bring structure and clarity to situations that often feel overwhelming.
Arlene began her career 28 years ago as a probate clerk with the Monmouth County Surrogate’s Office in New Jersey. Over time, she advanced into estate and trust administration, building deep knowledge of probate procedures and estate laws across multiple states. Her role centers on managing the day-to-day details of estate administration—keeping matters compliant, organized, and moving forward so attorneys can focus on legal strategy and decision-making. Arlene values work that produces real results, where careful attention and follow-through truly matter.
Her experience in this field is also deeply hands-on. In previous roles, Arlene served as a guardian paralegal, regularly visiting clients in nursing homes and later assisting with asset inventories following their passing. These experiences shaped her practical, grounded approach to estate administration and reinforced the importance of doing the work thoroughly and correctly.
Originally from Brooklyn, New York, Arlene has lived in several states before settling in North Carolina. Outside of work, she enjoys music and DJing, traveling (Jamaica remains a favorite), and following standout athletes across professional sports. She shares her life with her dog, Kingston.
Passionate, careful, and a true team player, Arlene brings experience, confidence, and steady leadership to the CFEP team.
