Jaclyn Hamilton is the Marketing and Events Coordinator at Carolina Family Estate Planning, where she transforms ideas into experiences that bring people together. With more than 30 years in the events industry, she has planned everything from intimate weddings to large-scale corporate conferences, always with the same goal: to create seamless, engaging environments where connections happen naturally.
Her career journey includes eight years as a wedding planner, two years as an event venue director, and two decades in corporate event planning, an experience that earned her recognition as Wedding Planner of the Year by Luxlife Magazine. Jaclyn is known for blending creativity with organization to deliver events that feel effortless while being carefully designed behind the scenes.
Originally from Massachusetts but raised in Florida, Jaclyn has also lived in Pennsylvania, New York City, and Massachusetts again before settling in North Carolina with her husband of 10 years and their children. At home, they share life with four cats, though she calls her feline sidekick Oscar (nicknamed Panda) her personal favorite.
Outside of work, Jax loves shopping (her self-declared hobby) along with playing Monopoly, rewatching Gilmore Girls, and dreaming up her next adventure, with Italy, Paris, and Bali topping her travel list. A fun fact: early in her career, she was once paid to play Mickey and Minnie Mouse professionally.
