Keonna was born and raised in Raleigh, North Carolina, and earned her degree from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. She has built her career around service, trust, and advocacy, and is known for her ability to connect with people from all walks of life, helping them feel comfortable, heard, and understood.
Her approach to her work is shaped by values she’s carried since an early age. Even as a Girl Scout, she was drawn to leadership and service, and those early experiences continue to influence how she supports others today. Keonna believes professional success comes from steady effort, adaptability, and staying grounded in purpose.
Outside of work, Keonna enjoys activities that help her unwind and connect, whether that’s tackling a crossword or sudoku puzzle, watching her favorite show, Grey’s Anatomy, or enjoying the energy and community that sports bring. She doesn’t have a favorite team; she simply loves the way sports bring people together.
