Client Concierge is a position that requires all the skills of a top-notch hotelier. To find the perfect person for the role, we took a page out of The Untouchables. Paraphrasing Sean Connery: If you want the best apple, don’t go to the barrel, go to the tree.
We did, and we found Virginia Harrell.
Virginia started working with people while at Pitt Community College. While in school she was a customer service director. When she graduated in 2014, she went to work for Hilton. In short order she worked her way to general manager of a 100-room hotel that she steered to a series of awards.
Her reward was to be asked to take over a 91-room hotel while it was under renovation. No easy feat, but she put together a winning team.
Now we have her, and she’s taken to our team the way Andy Garcia did the Untouchables – she’s already vital. And, our clients love her.
Like so many members of our team, she too has a probate story, “I lost my brother, Jerimiah, who was only 35, in July 2017. Thankfully, he had his planning in place. I am so glad today that he had his 'ducks in a row' for his wife and 5 kids.”
Virginia is an artist–print, drawings, painting, photography.
Fun facts: Virginia loves going to the beach. Virginia has a twin sister. Virginia has never missed a day of work. Hmm... You do the math.
