Flora’s prerogative is to talk to clients not only about their estate planning, but also to make them feel welcomed and a part of our team. Client relations isn’t the only thing Flora is known for at work; as the resident houseplant parent in the office, she is quick to provide tips and tricks for all your plant needs. Even those of us who don’t have a green thumb, she somehow manages to bring them back to life.
As the Client Success Coordinator, Flora takes pride in building connections and relationships with clients. If you’ve had the chance to talk to her on the phone or via Zoom, you’ll recognize firsthand her inviting, welcoming voice and smile. She takes the time to listen and collaborate with her teammates as well as any prospective or current clients she talks to throughout the day.
Flora was born in Kentucky and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. She has an elderly rescue kitty named Roses, and, in her free time, loves being a plant parent to her vast variety of plants. Around the office, we have Flora’s beautiful, illustrious plants on display (they’ve become quite the client attraction). One of Flora’s favorite activities is being in nature, sightseeing, and spending time with her teenage son. A few fun facts about Flora: When she was growing up, she wanted to become a marine biologist, an astronaut, and the first woman president. She is also an accomplished artist who mostly enjoys painting from nature, trees, and colorful lakes.
Flora’s impactful characteristics are why she’s been such a helpful addition to our Carolina Family Estate Planning team. We’ll know you’ll enjoy talking to her, as much as we do working with her.
