Kris Mackowiak, also known as Krissy, was born in Naperville, IL, and spent most of her school years in Malvern, PA. Currently residing in Geneva, IL, Kris has lived in various places, including Iowa, Florida, Buffalo, and Illinois. She is a proud mother of two daughters and shares her home with two beloved dogs, Max and Peanut.
Kris is a dedicated professional who finds joy in helping people gain knowledge and reach their planning goals. Her career has revolved around roles where she can give back, particularly within school district settings. She takes pride in supporting and connecting with her clients, students, and colleagues through attentive listening and establishing meaningful connections.
Outside work, Kris enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, finding joy in laughter, and cherishing life's moments. She is passionate about travel and loves beach destinations and the mountains, especially in Colorado. Kris is an avid sports fan, especially baseball and the St. Louis Cardinals.

Kris has a personal connection to the work done at CFEP through her father, who is living with Alzheimer's disease. She understands the challenges and emotional toll it takes, having served as his caregiver in the past.
